At Crafty India, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier availability. Delivery to remote locations may take additional time.

Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Promotional or free-shipping offers may be available from time to time.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the available contact method provided with your order. You can use these details to track the shipment.

Delivery Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed shipments.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Package
If your order arrives damaged, has missing items, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos/videos so we can review the issue.
